Sore Loser’s Never Die
Yesterday, Joe “Rocky” Lieberman participated in a 3 way debate with Ned Lamont (D) and Alan Schlesinger (R) in the first debate of the Connecticut Senate race.
Lieberman, who lost to Lamont in the Democratic primary, has resurrected himself as an independent candidate and leads in the polls. In yesterday’s debate he accused the man that previously defeated him of running a dirty campaign saying “I am fed up with the partisanship and the bitterness in our politics. There’s too much personal hatred.”
Lieberman feels it is unnecessary to criticize the track record of Washington politicians, in his case anyways. In the beginning of the debate, Lieberman said that if he was attacked more than 10 times Lamont would be liable for ”free pizza and beer for everybody.” Way to go Joe!
