Where were the weapons of mass destruction in Iraq? This clip shows George Bush joking about where the weapons were. Ted Koppel had an interesting comment on chemical weapons in Iraq. He said we knew they were they because we had the receipts to prove it. In the 1980’s, we sold Iraq and Saddam Hussein chemical weapons to fight Iran. Saddam subsequently used them against an insurgency and has been sentenced to death by an Iraqi/US court.
So like Bush, let’s contemplate where the weapons might have been…
1)In a box labeled Lockhead Martin?
2)In a box labeled From Donald Rumsfeld, Handle With Care
3)Under a rock and or hard place?
4)In a Saddam impersonator’s undergarments?
Or we could just laugh it off like Bush and other politicians in this video and say we don’t know and it doesn’t matter. The important thing in Iraq now is democracy through occupation.
