Hillary Criticizes Iraq Plan, Sirened Criticizes Her
Hillary Clinton announced today that President Bush’s plan to send 20,000 additional troops to Iraq is a ”losing strategy.” Meanwhile, her strategy seems like Bush’s old ‘change the course’ plan. You know, the one devised when he said stay the course didn’t mean stay the course if it isn’t working.
In a nutshell, she said that it would be nice if the troops came home sometime soon. She did not call for a troop withdrawal timetable however. She proposed capping the troop numbers at 140,000 and said the Shiite government must crack down on militias.
It’s almost certain that Hillary will make a run at the White House in 08.’ It is a shame that she is taking the safest road possible, one that has no clear stance or plan for the future.
But it is no surprise in that she seems to say whatever is best to set herself up for election. Ironically, this type of tight roping act will not get her elected in 2008 and it shouldn’t. The country needs a new direction in 08′ and Hillary is not that direction.
The country needs someone with a responsible, clear and honest plan for the United States future. This is something that George Bush and Hillary Clinton lack.

FINALLY something we can agree on. America does not need to be run by a person who changes their platform based on what’s most popular.
Yeah and America doesn’t need to be run by a person who doesn’t mind spending billions in Iraq but will veto health coverage for poor kids.
