The female masseur comparison is interesting (and odd) but doesn’t work in this case because
shoulder relaxation is pretty subjective and there is no clear cut proof to the masseur as to whether the massage did in fact relax the person’s shoulders. In the case of a car wash there is visible proof as to whether the service worked or not.

When a car wash machine cannot wash a sedan after 2 go’s then something is wrong with the machine. People should not be expected to pay for a service they didn’t receive. There was nothing wrong with the way I dealt with ExxonMobil, the fault was with them.

I think it was very kind of Exxon to give you a second car wash.

However; a shop is a shop is a shop– and it’s none of your business how much money someone makes or loses– so just like you cant tell a female masseur that ‘hey… even your second free massage didnt relax my shoulders but I bet you relax your boyfriend a lot…”– same way I think it’s wrong of you to talk like this to exxon mobile’s customer service.

It’s just a opinion… there are many aspects of exxon which I think are wrong and evil– but this definitely is nothing wrong abt exxon…
