In honor of Bush telling Congress to piss off yesterday in regards to Iraq and just allow him to handle things, we pay tribute to the self described ‘Decider.’
This is a compilation of The Late Show’s “Great Moments in Presidential Speeches.”
Yesterday Bush said “I don’t think Congress ought to be running the war. I think they ought to be funding the troops.” Yes, god forbid that other elected branch of our government should have any sort of opinion that is different from that of ‘The Decider.’
Congress responded to Bush yesterday by voting 223-201 to withdraw most combat troops from Iraq by April 1st of next year. Didn’t they get their shut the fuck up memo?
Anyways, this is some funny stuff from our trusted ‘Decider.’
