This was Dick Cheney back at Bush’s last State of the Disunion address. ‘The Decider’ is babbling lies about wanting to reduce our dependence on oil as dark sith lord Cheney smirks in the background. I’m sure it was painful for Dick not to burst with laughter at this bull shit.

Maybe he meant reducing our dependence on American blood spilled needlessly–no, that wouldn’t make sense either.
No it wouldn’t, looks like we might need to shed some more blood over that oil up in the arctic. Then again, maybe we can sort this stuff out with the Russians and Canadians over some beers and vodka.
