It’s really too bad that you can only get that 1680 calorie shake at the Louisville White Castle’s. Of course, you can always add extra lard to whatever artery clogging item you’re enjoying. There is always room to stack on extra cheese, mayo, whipped cream, fudge, caramel or whatever your skipping heart beat desires. But seriously, this is America damnit, can’t someone come out with a standard 2,000 calorie item? Hardee’s, the ball is in your court here because clearly your onto something!

I loved that movie! Then again, being in a multicultural city like Toronto, I was able to laugh a lot cuz a lot of it rung true for me.
I used to get those chocolate shakes all the time in college since there was a White Castle across the street from my dorm…freshman 15 makes so much more sense now!!
Drinks need their own section here…specialty coffees and shakes, and things like Vitamin Water- LOADED with sugar and calories that people just don’t think about.

i eat lots of cheese and i never sit and eat a full course meal , i want to know if that has a bad effect on losing weight
Nan-I’m no nutritionist but it’s probably a good idea to diversify that diet. But I get ya-I love me some cheese too!
But yeah, it’s better to eat several small meals than a few big ones-helps the metabolism.
this list is inaccurate… there are plenty of fast food places (i.e. chikfila, steak n shake) that have menu items with much more calories than most of these items
