NY Times: Did John McCain Have an Affair?

John McCainThe NY Times just published an interesting story where they speculate that John McCain may have had an affair during his 2000 run for president. The article is entitled For McCain, Self-Confidence on Ethics Poses its Own Risk.

The lucky lady? Lobbyist Vicki Iseman (although she denies having an affair with McCain). Really? If she would just fess up despite whether it’s true or not, that would make for a fantastic book deal.

Apparently The NY Times (who endorsed John McCain in the republican primaries) squabbled internally about whether to run this story. They’ve held on to it for months and decided to pull the trigger because The New Republic knew they were arguing over their own story. So they feared The New Republic would do a story on their story that is based on stories? Good stuff.

By the way, what is John McCain’s illegitimate Vietnamese child up to these days?

Why bring up possible past sins of McCain. We read Obama tried drugs at one point in his life. I am sure the Clinton’s have there share of sins too.
Why on earth would you start throwing stones at this point and time.
Very unprofessional to say the least.

Lorraine-If you’re referring to my story about the NY Times story than all I can say is that I was talking about their story.

I was not being serious about McCain’s illegitimate Vietnamese baby. Or was I?

    Heather-Thanks for the plug!
