John McCain on SNL
This past Saturday, John McCain made an appearance on Saturday Night Live, a show that like him, used to be young and fresh, instead of old and stale.
McCain did two bits on the show, the first was making his pitch about why he is the most experienced candidate to be president…because he is old, really really old. He also isn’t afraid to tackle all the wasteful spending of pork barrel projects, like clean water and post offices.
In the second segment, on SNL’s Weekend Update, McCain urges democrats not to rush in picking a candidate. Why decide at the convention? Why not wait until after the convention? He even says he would agree to having both Obama and Hillary on the general election ballot come November. Yay divisiveness!
