I don't think I have ever seen a politician making promises to Puerto Rico, a previously forgotten island. I can't believe it's gotten that far. I think the Puerto Ricans will respond well to the fact that Barack is attempting to speak Spanish. But it was a little funny that his lips didn't exactly match up with the words he was saying.
