It is astounding to me that women who supported Hilary Clinton could even phathom voting for John McCain. Never mind he made an impulsive move to ask an ill-equipped person to be his running mate, never mind he is a war monger who talks about his military service yet votes against veteran’s benefits, never mind he has been deperately lying throughout this entire campaign … but what astounds me the most is his disloyalty to his own party. Now having a picture standing next to the person the party nominated, stood behind, and supported is suddenly the last person they see as an asset to their cause. Instead of saying that mistakes have been made by our party and now is the time to redirect our efforts, the McCain campaign is pretending they are not them. It reminds me when my kids were little and they would “hide” in the middle of the room saying you can’t see me and we would all pretend we couldn’t find them… Playing pretend is very different then trying to deceive the American people with smoke and mirrors. The country is not as naive as it was eight years ago. If you supported Hilary, then you are smart enough to see all this yourselves.

I am not a supporter of McCain. This post simply pointed out that website. Quite the contrary, I am an Obama supporter. Just today I wrote this post if anyone is interested to read it.

I’m pretty disappointed in this site. I posted a comment last night…no foul language, just facts and my opinion. (Roe v Wade WILL be overturned, anti-choice=anti women, military draft WILL be reinstituted, etc.) The site managers decided not to publish my post, I guess. Maybe truth hurts!

As a former Hillary supporter, I am shocked that you are backing McCain. Don’t you know he wants to repeal Roe vs. Wade? Don’t you know he will appoint Supreme Court justices who are in line with the Bush appointees? Don’t you know he wants to privatize social security and hand health insurance over to the huge insurance conglomerates and make us all fend for ourselves? Are you so angry that you are willing to sacrifice our country’s future because your candidate didn’t get nominated? The issues are of utmost importance at this point in our history. Are you willing to continue our country’s downward spiral with the Republican party because of your disappointment? We all need to stand together and make sure we take a completely different path from the one we have been on for 8 years. Don’t you see what has been done to our country? It makes me very sad to see the division that could cause the Republicans to win and continue their plans to destabilize our foreign policies, to continue our economy’s demise, to take away women’s rights to make decisions about their own bodies and lives, to continue making the rich richer and the poor poorer and destroying the middle class. It’s very sad.

PLEASE vote for Obama! Consider this: 1) If McCain/Palin get elected the Supreme Court WILL lean to the right with retirements of elder liberal judges. If this happens, Roe V Wade WILL be reversed…not MAY be but WILL be. The Anti-Choice (Anti-Woman) crowd would make sure Supreme Court Judges would be appointed that WILL make it happen. I don’t know about you, but I want my daughter to have a choice about her own body. My desparate aunt bled to death 60 years ago trying to give herself an abortion because she couldn’t bear to bring another baby into a terribly abusive relationship. Many of you have no idea what life was like for women back when safe and clean alternatives were illegal. 2) McCain said he agreed with a questioner that the Draft would have to be instituted because there are not enough volunteer soldiers. We cannot fight the Republicans’ wars with the numbers of volunteer soldiers we presently have, so what do you think will have to happen? Do you want your son or daughter to fight another war based on lies? I’m sorry, it is NOT God’s will that our fine military men and women are shipped to a war that was started by liars. Let’s call McCain/Palin and their Republican crowd what they are…hypocrits and liars!! 3) I am scared to death of an “End Times” religious nut and a separatist from Alaska that close to the nuclear weapons hot button! Need any more reasons? I’ve got ‘em!!
