Ron Paul Raises $5 Million in 3rd Quarter!
It was just announced that Ron Paul has raised $5 million for the 3rd quarter in his presidential bid. This is huge news because it guarantees he will be able to run a decent campaign for the duration of the primaries and at the very least be a thorn in the ass of the other Republicans running.
Apparently Ron Paul’s largely “grassroots” internet fundraising averaged about $40 a donation. And the $5 million is equivalent to how much John ‘Walnuts’ McCain has raised for the same period. So as great an accomplishment this is for Paul it has to be an embarrassment for old ‘Walnuts.’
