3 former Surgeon Generals say the position needs to be re-vamped. Dr. Carmona, former Surgeon General under Bush testified under oath before the House yesterday that he was politically pressured on issuing health statements.
Sara Taylor, former Bush aid, pulls an “Alberto” before Congress today saying that she must listen to her old master and not speak to the people’s court. She did pick and choose which questions to answer though, just the ones that made Bush look ok.
Republicans beginning to “flip flop” on what to do in Iraq.
Study shows that calling a kid fat in grade school may help keep them fat.
Homeland Security Chief Michael Chertoff has a “gut feeling” there will be a terror attack in the US this summer. The White House says there is no intelligence to back Chertoff’s “gut.” No word yet on what color level the Chertoff gut is, stay tuned.
US commanders say they expect Al Qaeda in Iraq to respond to the recent surge with massive explosions. No word yet on what surge will be taken to respond to the explosions and what subsequent explosions will occur to retaliate against the next surge.
